1 Idea, 1 Link, & 1 Resource for Changemakers
Curiosity + Rethinking Higher Education + Finding your TEDx Talk
Dear Changemakers,
I’ve just returned from a wonderful book tour stop in Washington, DC, and am back with three things this week to help you lead change and increase your impact. Enjoy!
1 Idea:
Curiosity is key for becoming an effective changemaker.
Feeling stuck?
Here are 3 tactics to try:
1) Build time for play into your daily routine.
2) Channel your inner three-year-old and ask "why" (a lot).
3) Try a new activity even (especially!) if you're initially bad at it.
1 Link:
Worth reading for anyone interested in higher education, leadership, power dynamics, mental health, and change.
1 Resource:
I bet that many of you reading this have a TEDx talk in your head that could change the world. But how do you find a TEDx event that is looking for speakers? Here’s an incredible google doc that lists all upcoming TEDx talks and help you filter down to find just the right match!
Go be the change!
